My only guess that would have changed that without reviewing the contracts would be what type of concessions you are asking for. Home?warranty? Closing costs?

Perhaps your dates were not as good as the others. That is not to say that you should push for a faster closing, sometimes the bank needs to draw out the dates. It really just depends on each situation.

I hate to say it but it can be hard to figure out what the bank is looking for.

Perhaps try having your agent contact the listing agent and find out what exactly the bank is looking for and what it would take to close the sale.
